EHFC Timetable 2026

The timetable is broken into 2, the kids event and the main event.
There is a rest / weather day which has been reintroduced after feedback, this is done based on officials decision and fishing is still allowed and catches will be combined with the next day so people can still fish, but no specific day prizes or random draws

Kids Event – Starting 4th July 2026

Fishing for the Under 16 Categories starts same time Saturday morning with first fish submission at 6am and finishes on Sunday 3:30pm

Saturday

  • 7:00am – 7:00pm: Entry available & Admin open
  • 6:00am: Fishing Starts

Sunday

  • 8:00am – 3:00pm: Entry available & Admin open
  • 11:00am – 1:00pm: Free Shimano Kids fishing clinic and games
  • 3:30pm: Kids Fishing Tournament Photo Cutoff
  • 4:00pm: Kids Fishing Tournament Presentation & Random Draws

 

7 Day Event – Starting 3rd july 2026

Fishing starts after briefing on Friday at 8:00pm and finishes on the next Friday at 3:30pm

FRIDAY

  • 9:30am – 8:00pm: Entry available & Admin open
  • 9:30am – 8:00pm: ID Card and Clothing Voucher Pickup
  • 7:00pm – 8:00pm: Compulsory Briefing / Safety and General Information about the event
  • 8:00pm: Fishing Starts
  • Evans Classic Eats – Food vans on-site 5:00pm – 7:30pm

SATURDAY

  • 7:00am – 7:30pm: Entry available & Admin open
  • 2:00pm: Next day’s Token available and fish photo weigh-in starts
  • 5:00pm: Fishing photo submission cut-off for that day’s competition 
  • 6:00pm: Daily Prize winners, Nightly Draws & Safety Info
  • Evans Classic Eats – Food vans on-site 5:00pm – 7:30pm

SUNDAY

  • 8:00am – 7:30pm: Entry available & Admin open
  • 2:00pm: Next day’s Token available and fish photo weigh-in starts
  • 5:00pm: Fishing photo submission cut-off for that day’s competition 
  • 6:00pm: Daily Prize winners, Nightly Draws & Safety Info

MONDAY

  • 5:00pm – 8:30pm Main Presentation Prizes & Random Draws
  • Note: We try and keep to finishing at 9:00pm but sometime due to unforeseen events (e.g. previously night cancelled due to weather) the presentations might take longer so please allow more time if needed.
