EHFC Timetable 2019

The timetable is broken into 2, the kids event and the 6 day event.

Kids Event

Note: Dedicated Kids briefing on Sunday morning

 

Sunday 14th July

  • 7:30am – 3:00pm: Sign-on available
  • 8:00am: Kids Briefing
  • 11:00pm – 1:00pm: Kids fishing clinic and games
  • 3:30pm: Kids Fishing Tournament Photo Cutoff
  • 4:00pm: Kids Fishing Tournament Presentation & Random Draws

6 Day Event

FRIDAY 12th July

  • 4:00pm – 6:00pm: Early onsite Sign on- Miss the queues and enter before the event!

SATURDAY 13th July

  • 10:00am – 6:00pm and 7pm – Finish: Sign on before and also after Briefing
  • 6:00pm – 8:00pm: FOOD ALLEY and refreshments tent open
  • 6:00pm: ID / Token card pickup allowed (don’t forget you must still attend the briefing)
  • 7:00pm – 8:00pm: Compulsory Briefing / Safety and General Information about the event
  • 7:30pm: Kickoff Random Draw
  • 8:00pm: Fishing Starts

SUNDAY 14th July

  • 7:30am – 8:00pm: Sign-on available
  • 12:00pm: Next day’s Token available and fish photo weigh-in starts
  • 4:00pm – 7:00pm: Info talks, FOOD ALLEY and refreshments tent open
  • 5:00pm: Fishing photo submission cut-off for that day’s competition (Note: Can submit that days photos any time up till 5:00pm)
  • 5:15pm: Nightly talks and entertainment
  • 6:00pm: Nightly Draws & Safety Info

    Monday 15th July

    • 8:30am – 8:00pm: Sign-on available
    • 12:00pm: Next day’s Token available and fish photo weigh-in starts
    • 4:00pm – 7:00pm: Info talks, FOOD ALLEY and refreshments tent open
    • 5:00pm: Fishing photo submission cut-off for that day’s competition (Note: Can submit that days photos any time up till 5:00pm)

    Tuesday 16th July (Charity Fundraiser Day)

    • 8:30am – 8:00pm: Sign-on available
    • 12:00pm: Next day’s Token available and fish photo weigh-in starts
    • 2:00pm – 5:00pm: CHARITY Trivia (family friendly) at Hotel Illawong
    • 4:00pm – 7:00pm: Info talks, FOOD ALLEY and refreshments tent open
    • 5:00pm: Fishing photo submission cut-off for that day’s competition (Note: Can submit that days photos any time up till 5:00pm)
    • 5:15pm: Nightly talks and entertainment
    • 6:00pm: Nightly Draws & Safety Info

    • 4:00pm: Fishing photo submission cut-off for whole competition (Note: Can submit that days photos anytime up till 3:00pm)
    • 4:00pm – 8:30pm Main Presentation Prizes & Random Draws
    • Note: We try and keep to finishing at 8:30pm but sometime due to unforeseen events the presentations might take longer so please allow more time if needed.
